NEW LONDON, Minn. (Oct. 7, 2025) – Tepetonka Club has announced the launch of Tepetonka Ranch, a four-season destination located just two miles south of the club. Designed as an exclusive retreat for members and their guests, the ranch offers pheasant hunting, sporting clays, hiking, and snow sports. During the golf season, the property will also host golf and outdoor recreation youth development programs for a nationally recognized foundation.
Spanning 140 acres, Tepetonka Ranch expands the club's growing collection of member amenities, joining Tepetonka Club and Tepetonka Beach Club on Green Lake to provide year-round recreation and hospitality experiences.
The ranch features a 5,200-square-foot clubhouse-style home, a two-level hobby barn, and a rustic cabin overlooking the landscape, visible from Tepetonka Club's 8th hole. Miles of scenic trails make it an ideal destination for retreats, corporate gatherings, family events, and outdoor adventures throughout the fall, winter, and spring.
"I grew up hunting and fishing in this area, and I can't wait for our members and their guests to enjoy the outdoor culture of our community," said Mark Haugejorde, CEO of Tepetonka Club. "We are very excited to launch Tepetonka Ranch as we add to the wide array of fun and camaraderie that comes with membership."
The ranch's world-class sporting clays course will be designed in collaboration with Joe Beditz, National Golf Foundation Executive Chairman, avid shooter, and national champion, who will serve as the project's design consultant.
Tepetonka Club is situated on a picturesque 228-acre property approximately 90 miles west of the Twin Cities. Its championship 18-hole course winds through natural moraines and alongside Shakopee Creek, complemented by a 9-hole short course known as "The Gjallarhorn." Designed by the acclaimed Australian architecture firm OCM Golf, both courses are currently in the grow-in phase and are scheduled to open in 2026.
