| Review Summary:
Formerly, The Fairways GC, Territory GC has been completely overhauled!
The clubhouse, set to be finished in Summer 2005 has been completely
re-modeled! They boast a 5 star restaurant in the upper level, and have
moved the Pro Shop to an easier access lower level! They have taken this
GC from great to excellent. The greens were in excellent shape for
April, and the course will come along with it! |

Greens were excellent, a little slow but to be
expected if you want them to take hold later in the year! |
| Scenery: Surrounded
by housing community, and some wetland in the back 9! |
| Layout:
They have changed 1,2,3 are old 4,5,6 and 4,5,6 are old
1,2,3! I like the start a little better! #2 (Hcp 1) out of the way
sooner, then followed by 3 par 4s which are among the easiest on the
course! |

TBD, but the starters and pro shop employees were
excellent! |
