| Review Summary:
A group of 20 of us played The Lakes on the first weekend in June, and we
played on their all-inclusive golf package. In short, the condition of
the course was terrible. But what is even more disturbing is the way the
Ruttger's staff has handled my complaint about the conditions. I have
dealt with 2 different staff members from Ruttger's on this issue and
both of them have acted as though my complaint is completely unfounded.
Through a series of emails they set customer service back 50 years. I
won't be going back, and I will spread the word about my experience. |
Conditions: Tee
boxes: long and shaggy
Fairways: long....not mowed for at least 4 days before our arrival
Greens: Grass was healthy but freshly mowed at about 1/2"
Bunkers: No sand, no maintenence |
| Scenery:
Some good views of surrounding lakes, nice location |
| Layout:
Quirky at best.... some very average holes, some very odd
holes |
| Services:
Pro shop staff very friendly, Bartender was friendly and wayyyyyyy over
worked, restaurant staff very attentive. |
