Rum River Hills

| Review Summary:
If you like short fairways and fast greens this is not the course for
you!! From tee to green, this course was in the worst shape of all of
the courses I have played this year. Most courses are thriving with the
great weather we have had this spring but Rum River looks as if we have
had a horrible spring!! Suggestion: They should be putting the money
into the course and not the club house! |
| Conditions:
Greens were slow and very rough and
bumpy. Fairways were average at best with alot of ground under repair
and other spots that looked like winter kill. Tee boxes were in average
shape. |
| Scenery:
It has some
pretty holes and mature trees. |
| Layout: Lots
of water and quite a few doglegs but is a pretty short course.Plays 6300
yards from the tips. |
| Services:
Service was good and the people are very nice. Currently, the clubhouse is
going through a make over but is offering a full bar service and menu. |
